Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Roseshire Festival (“the Promoter”).

The competition opens on 24 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 4 May 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible, entrants must have purchased at least one valid ticket to Roseshire Festival between the initial ticket on-sale date and 23:59 (BST) on 4 May 2026.
This includes customers who purchased tickets prior to the competition launch, who are automatically included.

Entry into the competition is based on a valid ticket order, not the number of tickets purchased.
Each qualifying order counts as one (1) entry into the prize draw, regardless of how many tickets are included within that order.
For example, if an individual purchases multiple tickets within a single order, this will count as one (1) entry only.
If an individual places multiple separate orders, each order may be counted as a separate entry.
Entry is automatic; no additional action is required.

One (1) winner will receive a VIP upgrade to Stage Garden tickets for their booking, subject to the conditions below.

Prize conditions:

If the winner holds standard admission tickets, all tickets within the winning booking will be upgraded to Stage Garden (VIP) tickets.
If the winner has already purchased Stage Garden tickets, they will instead receive one (1) additional Stage Garden ticket free of charge to bring a guest.
The prize applies only to tickets within the original winning booking reference.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on Tuesday 5 May 2026.
The winner will be announced via Roseshire Festival’s official social media channels.
The winner must make contact with the Promoter within 7 days of the announcement.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
Any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, system errors, or other issues outside of its control.

Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
