Our FAQs are designed to answer the most common questions about the festival, from opening times and facilities to travel, accessibility and what to expect on the day. You may also find helpful details on our Key Information page. If your question isn’t listed below, please feel free to contact us and a member of the Roseshire Festival team will be happy to help.
The Roseshire Festival is being held on the grounds of the Chester House Estate in Irchester, Northamptonshire NN8 2DH. Access to the event is via Claudius Way (the turning before Chester House) where you will be able to find car parking. Please follow signs and stewards for directions.

The event will start at 12:00pm and finish at 10:30pm on Saturday 29th August 2026 and Sunday 30th August 2026. Last Entry will be 6:00pm
Gates will be open from 12 noon; tickets will be scanned on entry. Under 16-year-olds must be accompanied by a paid adult to enter the event.
You can bring a sealed bottle of water, maximum 500ml. Other than that, No Food or Drink can be brought into the event. We have a range of food and drink vendors. If you have a specific dietary requirement, allergies or food intolerances please contact us, and we can arrange for this to be permitted
We provide standard and accessible toilets, as well as baby changing facilities.
The event is wheelchair accessible, with accessible toilets and parking spaces. A designated viewing area will be available.

Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable.
Yes, camping chairs are allowed, unfortunately no blankets
Yes there is car-parking available, the charge is £10.00 per car, and it has to be pre-booked through our ticketing platform. The car parking area is accessible via Claudius Way off the A45. (Please do not drive into the main entrance for the Chester House Estate)

No dogs allowed, except for assistance dogs.
You are welcome to print off your tickets to be scanned upon entry. Alternatively, if the tickets (or eTicket email) are held on your phone, then we will need to scan each barcode off your phone screen.
There will be both male and female security staff carrying out appropriate bag searches. Everybody attending the festival has to be searched and anybody refusing a search will not be allowed entry.
Bags are permitted, but they will all be subject to a search. Our security team are super friendly and approachable – they are there to keep everyone safe and to make sure that everyone is sticking to the rules. If you have any questions, please just ask – they will be more than happy to help.
Yes. Anyone who has an accessible/carers ticket will receive a wristband on entry so they can access the accessible viewing area.
If you are eligible to apply for a PA pass, you need to buy age-appropriate tickets for everyone in your group except the registered or designated carer, then apply for a PA pass.
PA PASS FAQs
Customers requiring assistance throughout the festival are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant, Carer or Support Worker.
Please note, the person requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying.
Our ticketing partner, Gigantic, will contact you by email to request one of the documents from the list below.
Documents we will accept as proof of disability or additional needs include:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Armed Forces Independent Payment
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- Medical summary of additional needs from a clinician or GP
- SENCO statement from a school or college
- Access Card, DID or CredAbility Card or Nimbus Card
– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card or proof of training
Any children attending the event will be offered a wristband so parents/guardians can write their mobile contact number on the wristband.
We provide a safe and secure environment, and our zero-tolerance approach is backed up by an experienced and professional security team. No illegal substances can be brought into the site anyone caught with illegal substance(s) will be ejected and have their ticket made invalid and be reported to the relevant authorities; no refunds will be given.

• Dogs (except guide/service dogs)
• Aerosols, gas canisters or air horns
• Drones
